CATC COMPLIANCE mobilised onsite in Middlesex at short notice to support an existing client with an emergency boiler exchange.

The works consisted of environmental clean of thermal insulations debris to wall mounted services, floor trenches and exposed pipe work, all redundant plant and electrical components were removed from the walls under fully controlled conditions and new sections of unitrust were installed to allow for the safe boiler instillations.

All walls and ceiling were encapsulated and labelled accordingly which will be monitored as part of the clients ongoing asbestos management system, the plant room was handed back to the client following four stage clearance and certificate of reoccupation.
